CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICEPAYMENTS
1. For commissions $10 or under, customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.2. On commissions above $10, customer agrees to pay half the total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch (or if commissioning a full piece w/ a background, then the other half of the payment can be sent after the digital color concept is approved).3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before the art is worked on.4. Customer accepts that progress on the art will not commence until payment has been received.PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. The final art piece(s) will be sent digitally to an email address provided by the customer once full payment has been received and the customer is satisfied. You will NOT be mailed anything nor receive these pieces physically!!REVISIONS
6. Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.7. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, however if the customer requests for something major to be changed (EX: A pose, clothes the character is wearing, the background) additional fees will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before proceeding.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
8. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD9. It is the sole responsibility of customers to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds.REFUND POLICY
10. Customer has right to reach out and request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive monthsPERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
11. The Product received by Customer is for personal use ONLY.12. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.13. Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
14. I will refuse or cancel & refund a commission if I feel I'm unable to complete it in time, if the subject of the commission disturbs me, or if the customer is rude.15. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I have full right to refuse any service to rude/disrespectful customers in the future.

SKETCH COMMISSIONS

Please let me know if you'd like them shaded or un-shaded!
If you're interested in getting a sketchy background to go with it, please let me know and we can discuss the additional fee!

LINE ART

I typically like to leave my lined pieces without shading, however, if you'd like them shaded (be it with pencil or pen) please let me know! I can do clean line art or I can make it messier.

FLAT COLORS

I can fully color in the characters, or I can leaves parts of them uncolored to imply lighting :]For colored pieces, I can rather outline them in ink or colored pencil (let me know if you have a color preference!)I can also add a solid-colored background if desired completely free! Just let me know what color you'd like! If you'd like a more complex scene, send me a message and we'll figure out the additional fee together.

SHADED PIECES

I can do hard, simple shading, or more complex ones!For colored pieces, I can rather outline them in ink or colored pencil (let me know if you have a color preference!)Solid colored backgrounds are completely free! If you'd like a more complex background, though, please message me and we'll figure out the additional fee together!

SOMETHING ELSE?
Is there something else you'd like to commission that you didn't see listed on here? I can do comics, full illustrations, and chibis! Or if there's another thing you have in mind, please contact me via tumblr (strike-em-down) or my email ([email protected]). Let me know what you're thinking of and we'll come to a mutual agreement with the price.

PLEASE READ!
Details and descriptions really help me out when working on commissions! If you have a specific scene, expression, or look for the characters you'd like me to draw, please let me know! PLEASE PROVIDE VISUAL REFERENCES IF POSSIBLE TOO! Even a little doodle can help a ton :]Some descriptors you can add can be: A character's expression, their hair, their pose, which way you'd like them to face, any particular perspective, if you'd like them to have an item, if you'd like a solid colored background, a transparent background, if there's a certain coloring or line art style you'd like me to do, or something else.
